Human Resource Management is backbone of any company. Employee satisfaction is important because if the employees are satisfied then only the organisation can function properly and smoothly, increase the production, will be competitive and carry positive attitude.
This is project gives me valuable insight about Gleneagles Global Hospitals and it’s various aspects. I got opportunity to learn about the organization its services and how it functions.
My job was to know the employee satisfaction level and also to assess the factors which lead to job satisfaction and dissatisfaction.
I took my project in human resource management on Employee Satisfaction at this organisation and I tried to compile the clear picture regarding the satisfaction and dissatisfaction factors, with the help of Questionnaire.
By getting successful responses I measured the employee satisfaction level in the organisation and provided relevant suggestions based on the findings of the study. Overall satisfaction level was calculated and it is found that majority of the employees are satisfied with working with the organisation.
