In this course, we talk about how Organization Development (OD) enables the general population inside an association to create vision, comprehension, lucidity, and nimbleness.
We begin with a short diagram of the OD point of view of the association as a human framework. This prompts a discussion about how the OD expert functions inside that framework to encourage the making of a sound and successful association. At that point, we investigate the part of the OD professional in affecting the framework as an impetus and an aggravation.
