Effective Relationships with Emotional Intelligence

In this course, we will examine the four components of Emotional Intelligence, mindfulness, self-administration, social mindfulness, and relationship administration, as a key differentiator for superior in this day and age of work, where cooperation and impact are basic.

Following a meaning of Emotional Intelligence (EQ), we will investigate how ordinary pressure and individual triggers can restrain our capacity to settle on the best choices. At that point, we will analyze how EQ becomes possibly the most important factor amid our connections with others at work. We will look at particular techniques that can advance more profitable connections and close with Action Planning to apply after the course.

  • Identify what your personal "triggers" are and how stress can create tunnel vision

  • Identify how to use EQ to build more productive interactions, with your boss, your peers, internal clients, and direct reports
